Eight pupils of mine took part in this reseach: Sanae Yoshida, Magda Demaertelaere, Marina Fornaro, Maddalena Furlan Cattabeni, Valentina Moneta, Giovanna Pinto, Lalla Ranza and Anna Ravano. Leaving certain areas unwoven and pulling the unwoven ends at the end causes these hats to take shape in a surprising way. We exhibited at the Fiber Art/Off Loom/Arte fuori dal Telaio in Roma and at Cilestre - i colori della natura - lana sopravvissana in Rocca Varano, near Camerino.
